Many people have many comments about Microsoft. One thing we can be assured of though is that Microsoft NEVER distributes software, updates, patches, fixes, ... of any kind VIA email. If you see an attachment in your email identical or similar to the one below the safest step would be to delete it. Running the attachment will infect your system.
Although many email attachments you may see will appear to be authentic Microsoft bulletins they are nothing but a clever disguise. Once you invoke the link you are taken to a server that has no logical addressing and you authorize an install of malicious content.
